Weekend Ski trip

     Just a reminder this weekend, Please be there by 4:30pm this Friday, so we can leave promptly at 5pm. One thing that has been suggested is to bring a bed sheet along.

Timberline trip

  Get ready for a great time! There are 34 people going, so please read all emails and follow all directions. We will be leaving Feb 5th at 5:00pm from the fire hall. I need everyone going to be there at 4:30pm, we have about 1/2 hr of organizing to do before we leave. We will stop to eat on the way down, roughly 2 hours into the trip. I have enclosed a list of what to bring under the "files" tab under the menu section, please review the list and pack accordinly. 

Klondike Derby - rescheduled

Due to the weather last weekend, the Lackawanna District Klondike Derby was postponed and has been rescheduled for March 4-6 at Camp Twin Echo. If you are interested in attending, please sign up using the event registration feature on the website or on the sign up sheet at the Troop meeting. Please let us know right away if you plan to participate so that we may get ready for the event.

Eagle Career Day Coming Up

All Eagle Scouts, Life Scouts (our future Eagles) and their parents are invited to the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, to hear speakers and panel discussions directed at guiding Eagle Scout careers. Whether your interest is in attending a college, university or  community college, entering the labor trades, or getting your education through the military, the National Eagle Scout Association’s Pittsburgh Chapter (NESA-PGH) wants to help our Laurel Highland Council’s Eagle Scouts make better and more informed choices for their future.

Merit Badge University at CMU

Registration is now closed and those who are registered have received additional information on the event from Mr. Buzzie.  However, we are still in need of at least one more adult leader to attend. Please contact Mr. Buzzie if you are able to help.
